Moved out of a rental a little over a month ago and they want to charge 10k in damages when house is in same condition as when we first moved in. The rental side of Century 21 is operated similar to slumlord operations and I would advise anyone to stay away from them.

Emily was wonderful to work with and she fulfilled everything we asked about. Emily knows her profession very well and very easy to work with. She fulfilled everything we asked about and more. We couldn’t of asked for a better individual to handle the job.

Me and my wife needed a rental. We have dogs. So I sent a message on their home advertisement 3 times asking if they allow pets at the home I was interested in. Not one response. I called their office to inquire and was told I had to apply for rental application to get a reply. When all I needed to know was if they allowed pets. So $25 later and a credit run to tell me they don't allow pets. It's all about the money. Couldn't care less about their customers.will never recommend them to anyone.
